Last Sunday I went to a local beauty spot where I took lots and lots of photos, quite nice photos I thought.
When I got back to the car, I picked up my road map to look up an alternate way to drive home - and found my SD memory card underneath.
I had downloaded some photos earlier that day and forgotten to put the card back in the camera. 
*bangs head on table*
Yesterday I drove home from work and turned on the AC (with a button) in my car. And wondered why it just wouldn't cool down. Was the AC broke? Is it still under warranty? How much will the repair cost?
It took me quite a while to notice that I hadn't turned on the AC but turned OFF the fresh air supply (with another button).
*continues banging head on table*
Can I blame all that on the new moon?? *big hopeful eyes*
I wonder what today will bring ...
