Hello everyone! 
It's been a hot and humid couple of days 
, I had sleep problems (that's nothing new), it's been hectic at work, but on Sunday I finally took the opportunity to go to a local "beauty spot" early in the morning. Took a couple of photos but no time for uploading them all to Webshots, here's just one for first impressions:
Not sure if "beauty" spot is the right term for this 
But it's an interesting place, the huge boulders sometimes cover up the little creek completely, you cannot see but only hear it. The adventurous types can climb over the boulders, and even have a picnic on a flat one!
Incidentally, there were some rocks I couldn't climb up to because my legs were just too short *LOL* Damn!
The "beauty spot" is a very small stretch of woodland, 1 km max. I'd say. And well hidden!
In other news, I'll be busy again today and won't have much time to read your blogs, my apologies (again). Reason why I'm so busy is because I'm taking a few days of leave starting tomorrow (Wed) to visit the city of Trier. [The link takes you to their English site, unfortunately the frames do not allow me to select their "sights" directly.]
Trier, close to the Luxembourg border, has a rich Roman history, with still a few buildings standing. Also, it's along the Mosel river which is well-known for the vinyards along its course 
But they only make the sour German wines there. A romantic tourist destination nevertheless 
Anyway, I'll blog about it when I get back. I hope ...
